Es como decir que tienes que saber nadar antes de meterte en una clase de nataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La realidad:<\/strong> El CrossFit es universalmente adaptable. \u00bfVes a alguien levantando 100kg? Genial por \u00e9l. T\u00fa empezar\u00e1s con una barra de t\u00e9cnica o una pica de madera. Nuestro trabajo como entrenadores (\u00a1hola, somos Toni, Edu, Pablo y el resto del equipo!) es adaptar cada ejercicio a <em>tu<\/em> nivel actual. Ver\u00e1s gente de todas las edades, profesiones y condiciones f\u00edsicas. Ver\u00e1s a madres que vienen despu\u00e9s de dejar a los ni\u00f1os en el cole, a personas que trabajan 8 horas en una oficina y a atletas m\u00e1s experimentados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La realidad:<\/strong> En CrossFit Girona no entrenamos \u00abbestias\u00bb, entrenamos personas. Como decimos en la web, es un entrenamiento para \u00abcualquier persona y edad\u00bb. Lo que nos une no es la fuerza bruta, es el esp\u00edritu de superaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mito 3: \u00abEs s\u00faper lesivo\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cualquier actividad f\u00edsica conlleva un riesgo si se hace mal, desde correr hasta jugar al p\u00e1del.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La realidad:<\/strong> La diferencia est\u00e1 en el <em>c\u00f3mo<\/em>. El CrossFit se basa en el \u00abentrenamiento funcional\u00bb, es decir, ense\u00f1ar a tu cuerpo a moverse como debe. Damos una importancia vital a la t\u00e9cnica antes que al peso. Por eso tenemos clases espec\u00edficas de Halterofilia y Gimn\u00e1sticos, para pulir la base. Un entrenador cualificado pendiente de ti es la mejor prevenci\u00f3n de lesiones que existe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mito 5: \u00abEs demasiado intenso, no voy a aguantar\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La realidad:<\/strong> \u00a1Claro que aguantar\u00e1s! Los entrenamientos son desafiantes, no vamos a mentir. Pero est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para que los completes. Esa sensaci\u00f3n de \u00ablo he conseguido\u00bb, de superar tus l\u00edmites, es lo que hace que cada sesi\u00f3n sea diferente y adictiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n:<\/strong> No dejes que los mitos te roben la oportunidad de descubrir de lo que eres capaz.
