Es esa mezcla m\u00e1gica de cardio, gimn\u00e1sticos y levantamiento que nos pone a prueba cada d\u00eda. Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 pasa cuando te atascas? \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo esa primera dominada (pull-up) no sale, o cuando el \u00abarranque\u00bb (snatch) en halterofilia se siente m\u00e1s como una pelea con la barra?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para dominar el coraz\u00f3n (el WOD), a veces hay que entrenar el cerebro (la t\u00e9cnica). Son todos esos ejercicios donde luchas contra la gravedad usando tu propio peso: dominadas, flexiones, saltos, movimientos invertidos, ejercicios en anillas&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una clase normal de CrossFit aprendes a hacerlos, \u00a1claro! Pero en las clases de <strong>Gymnastics<\/strong> nos detenemos. Como decimos en la web, \u00abpodr\u00e1s empezar de cero insistiendo sobre los detalles\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona?<\/strong> En grupos reducidos, nos centramos en las progresiones. \u00bfNo te sale la dominada? Trabajaremos la fuerza de agarre y los \u00abpulls\u00bb escapulares. \u00bfQuieres hacer el pino (handstand)? Empezaremos por la fuerza de tus hombros y tu core.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El beneficio:<\/strong> Afianzar\u00e1s las bases. Ganar\u00e1s control corporal, fuerza y confianza que luego aplicar\u00e1s directamente en los WODs, haci\u00e9ndolos m\u00e1s eficientes y seguros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Construyendo el motor: Clases de Halterofilia<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La halterofilia es un deporte en s\u00ed mismo: el arranque (snatch) y el envi\u00f3n (clean &amp; jerk). Son los movimientos m\u00e1s t\u00e9cnicos y potentes que hacemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 una clase solo de esto?<\/strong> Porque levantar peso no es solo \u00abtirar fuerte\u00bb. Es t\u00e9cnica, velocidad, precisi\u00f3n y potencia. Requiere paciencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El beneficio:<\/strong> En estas clases, nuestros entrenadores (como Toni, Edu o Pablo) te guiar\u00e1n paso a paso. Mejorar tu t\u00e9cnica de halterofilia no solo te har\u00e1 levantar m\u00e1s peso (que tambi\u00e9n), sino que mejorar\u00e1 tu fuerza general, tu coordinaci\u00f3n y tu potencia para saltar, correr y moverte mejor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n:<\/strong> No veas estas clases como algo separado del CrossFit. Son la herramienta para desbloquear tu siguiente nivel.
