La f\u00f3rmula f\u00edsica es $Potencia = Fuerza \\times Velocidad$.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No ganas en halterofilia solo por ser fuerte (fuerza). Ganas por ser capaz de aplicar esa fuerza a una velocidad alt\u00edsima (velocidad). El <em>Snatch<\/em> es el movimiento m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido de todos los levantamientos ol\u00edmpicos. El error m\u00e1s com\u00fan es \u00abdar un tir\u00f3n\u00bb con la espalda. La t\u00e9cnica correcta implica <strong>\u00abempujar el suelo\u00bb<\/strong> con los cu\u00e1driceps. El \u00e1ngulo de la espalda debe permanecer constante. Los hombros deben moverse verticalmente al mismo ritmo que la cadera. Si la cadera sube antes que los hombros, la barra se aleja y el levantamiento se compromete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fase 2: La \u00abTransici\u00f3n\u00bb (Paso de rodilla)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qu\u00e9 es:<\/strong> El movimiento de la barra desde encima de las rodillas hasta el \u00abpower position\u00bb (mitad del muslo\/cadera).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objetivo T\u00e9cnico:<\/strong> Acercar la barra al cuerpo (barrido o <em>sweep<\/em>) y preparar la explosi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>An\u00e1lisis Biomec\u00e1nico:<\/strong> Aqu\u00ed es donde el levantador debe tener \u00abpaciencia\u00bb. Las rodillas se flexionan ligeramente por segunda vez (el \u00abdoble tir\u00f3n de rodilla\u00bb) para permitir que el torso se vuelva m\u00e1s vertical. Los dorsales se activan para \u00abbarrer\u00bb la barra hacia la cadera. Los hombros deben permanecer por delante de la barra el mayor tiempo posible para cargar los isquiotibiales y gl\u00fateos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fase 3: El \u00abSecond Pull\u00bb (Segundo Tir\u00f3n o Extensi\u00f3n)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qu\u00e9 es:<\/strong> La explosi\u00f3n final. Es el momento m\u00e1s potente de todo el movimiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objetivo T\u00e9cnico:<\/strong> Generar la m\u00e1xima velocidad vertical en la barra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>An\u00e1lisis Biomec\u00e1nico:<\/strong> Aqu\u00ed ocurre la <strong>\u00abtriple extensi\u00f3n\u00bb<\/strong>: una extensi\u00f3n violenta y simult\u00e1nea de tobillos, rodillas y cadera. Es un salto vertical. La fuerza se transfiere desde el suelo, a trav\u00e9s de las piernas y la cadera, hacia la barra. La barra debe viajar lo m\u00e1s cerca posible del cuerpo. Los brazos, en este punto, siguen siendo \u00abcuerdas\u00bb; no tiran, solo gu\u00edan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fase 4: El \u00abThird Pull\u00bb (Tercer Tir\u00f3n o Recepci\u00f3n)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qu\u00e9 es:<\/strong> La fase donde el atleta deja de tirar de la barra y activamente se mete debajo de ella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objetivo T\u00e9cnico:<\/strong> Minimizar el tiempo de transici\u00f3n y estabilizar la carga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>An\u00e1lisis Biomec\u00e1nico:<\/strong> En el momento de m\u00e1xima altura de la barra (inercia), el atleta invierte la direcci\u00f3n. Los pies se mueven lateralmente a la posici\u00f3n de sentadilla (<em>overhead squat<\/em>) para crear una base estable. El atleta <strong>\u00abtira activamente de s\u00ed mismo\u00bb<\/strong> bajo la barra, bloqueando los codos y activando la musculatura escapular (trapecios, romboides) para recibir el peso en una posici\u00f3n s\u00f3lida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fase 5: La Recuperaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qu\u00e9 es:<\/strong> Ponerse de pie desde la sentadilla profunda (<em>overhead squat<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objetivo T\u00e9cnico:<\/strong> Mantener la estabilidad de la barra y el core.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>An\u00e1lisis Biomec\u00e1nico:<\/strong> Esta fase depende de la fuerza del <em>core<\/em> (zona media) y la movilidad tor\u00e1cica. La barra debe permanecer alineada con el mediopi\u00e9 y la columna vertebral. El atleta empuja \u00abhacia arriba y contra la barra\u00bb para mantener la tensi\u00f3n hasta la extensi\u00f3n completa de cadera y rodillas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El Error T\u00e9cnico M\u00e1s Com\u00fan: La \u00abFuerza de Brazos\u00bb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El error que vemos a diario en atletas que no han pulido su t\u00e9cnica es <strong>\u00abdoblar los codos\u00bb<\/strong> demasiado pronto (durante el <em>Second Pull<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es un error fatal?<\/strong> Fisiol\u00f3gicamente, la potencia generada por tu cadera y piernas es exponencialmente mayor que la generada por tus b\u00edceps. Si doblas los codos antes de la triple extensi\u00f3n, pones un \u00abfreno\u00bb a esa transferencia de potencia. La barra pierde velocidad y el levantamiento falla. Como decimos en clase: \u00absi los codos se doblan, la potencia se frena\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El <em>Snatch<\/em> no se \u00abaprende\u00bb en un d\u00eda. Es una pr\u00e1ctica constante de precisi\u00f3n. Dominarlo no solo te permite levantar m\u00e1s peso, sino que mejora radicalmente tu coordinaci\u00f3n, equilibrio, velocidad y movilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este nivel de detalle es precisamente lo que trabajamos en nuestras <strong>Clases de Halterofilia<\/strong> en CrossFit Girona.
